These terms apply to your use of seogorillas.com and to the services SEOGorillas Inc. (“SEOGorillas”, “we”, “us”) provides. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement for your project takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services, use our free tools and contact us. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk or send spam through its forms. The guides, tools and calculators are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this site are starting prices before tax. They are shown in US dollars, or in Canadian dollars where indicated. Your price depends on your market and scope, and is confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Canadian clients pay applicable sales tax (GST/HST/PST).
Payment
Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement says otherwise. Monthly services are billed in advance. Project work is usually billed in stages set out in your proposal. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
Third-party costs
Some costs are paid to other companies and are not part of our fee, for example ad spend paid directly to Google, domain and hosting fees, premium plugins, themes, fonts and software subscriptions. We will tell you about these costs before you take them on, and wherever possible they are set up in your name.
Results
Search engines, AI tools and ad platforms are run by other companies that change their systems often. We work hard for measurable results and report on them honestly, but no agency can guarantee a specific ranking, position, traffic level or number of leads, and we do not.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts, content and approvals we need, and to confirm that you have the right to use any material you supply, such as logos, photos and text. Delays in access or approvals can move timelines.
Ownership
When your project is paid in full, you own the website, the content we wrote for you and your accounts (such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Analytics). We set these up in your name, or transfer them to you. We keep ownership of our general know-how, tools and templates, and may mention the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Content on this website belongs to SEOGorillas Inc. and may not be copied without permission.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, account access and results confidential and use them only to deliver your services.
Ending services
Monthly services continue until either of us ends them as set out in your agreement. When services end, we hand over your accounts, files and access, and you pay for work done up to that date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SEOGorillas Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless your agreement says otherwise.
